A good update meeting with the steering group for the Stoneleigh Park Play Area project yesterday… we’ve had over 90 responses from local residents during the consultation period, and we now have lots of great ideas about the design, equipment, materials and colours to use. We’ll work on the design proposal and share it on this page when it’s complete. Thanks to everyone for your interest and support so far.

Proffitts are delighted to be working alongside Oldham Council and Friends of Stoneleigh Park on plans to improve and upgrade the existing play area. First steps include consulting with park users and local residents to find out more about how they use the site, and what changes they would like to see. To help with this, we have put together a short questionnaire so people can give us their feedback and suggestions. We’ve included a page of images and ideas which might help people decide what their preferences and priorities for the space are, but feel free to share any other ideas and recommendations too.
