Working under the direction of Brierfield Neighbourhood Management, Proffitts was able to assist the management team in dealing with lack of resources and the delivery of Neighbourhood Management projects.

Brierfield Neighbourhood Management team contracted Proffitts to work on Brierfield neighbourhood issues / local community for 1 day a week over a six month period. Being able to do this helped the team manage their workload and from then on was able to engage with work proactively rather than reactively.

This project was completed in 2009. Proffitts is called on from time to time during busier periods.
