We’re delighted to be working alongside Bacup Pride, Newground Together and Rossendale Borough Council on their project to improve Lane Head Lane. Suggested improvements include adding interpretation so visitors know more about the history of the site and ledger stones, planting native wildflowers and hedgerows to improve biodiversity and habitats, adding new pathways, and carrying out tree works and woodland surveys.

The project team will soon be sharing their masterplan for the area, and they’ll be asking visitors and residents to share their feedback about the proposals.
