This centre provides a community facility for the residents of Glodwick. However, the outdoor space was unsurfaced and overgrown and became the target of antisocial behaviour. Proffitts drew up designs, tendered the work and contract managed the project so that the ground was resurfaced and bedding and plants were added around the garden. The end result – an attractive, useable outdoor space which can now host additional community sessions for the locals
