Thank you to everyone who responded to the Whitefield Town Centre Plan Improvements survey. The feedback has been reviewed by Bury Council, and the plans for both spaces have now been updated. You can see the new plans below. Please note that not all of the changes suggested by residents are possible at this time, but the works planned have been guided and prioritised using the consultation feedback.

The Whitefield survey is now closed.

The adopted Whitefield Town Centre Plan sets out the vision of Bury Council and the Whitefield community for how the town can develop and improve, by identifying the short, medium and long-term proposals and priorities. Among the proposals are potential improvements to Victoria Park and the space at the corner of Church Lane and Bury New Road.
The potential improvements can be seen on the sketch designs below.
Funding has been secured through the UK Government’s Local Growth Place Flexible Grant to support these works and this survey is your opportunity to have your say on what happens at these two sites: Whitefield Survey
