Jane Tomlinson’s Run for All – Bury 10k, 16th September

Hi Everyone,

The Jane Tomlinson’s Run for All, Bury 10k takes place on Sunday 16th September. Run For All is part of the lasting legacy of the late amateur athlete and fundraiser Jane Tomlinson CBE. Jane, from Leeds, made headlines around the world by taking part in a series of incredible endurance events – despite being diagnosed with an incurable cancer and this team have been organising the Bury 10k for the last three years.

They are looking for local clubs/groups to volunteer at the Bury 10k.

They have a number of roles available:

• Baggage – Helping in the event village with the store of runner belongings.
• Course Marshal – Providing support for the runners out on course and helping to guide them round the course.
• Finish processing – Helping to hand out water and goody bags to runners after they have finished.

In exchange for a group of 15 volunteers they can offer a donation of £150.
