The Willow Garden project is a ‘food growing’ community garden for adults with disabilities and mental health problems. The group grows organic and eco friendly produce and in doing so, uses horticulture to boost confidence, promote healthy eating and encourage physical activities. On Tuesday 25 November, the project will be featuring in a short film, to be aired on ITV Granada news, and members of the general public will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite charity to receive £50,000 from The Peoples Millions Grant.
