Whitehead Gardens, Tottington

Tottington and Bury West Rotary have teamed up with Tottington Primary School and local residents to embark on a restoration project at Whitehead Gardens in Tottington.

Some refurbishment has already taken place including the repair of boundary wall, cleaning of paths, signage and planting.

Pupils from Tottington Primary School are developing a heritage trail around historic and points of interest in Tottington and Whitehead Gardens are a key focal point, where it is intended to have an information board to include reference to further on line information.

Further work is proposed around tree management, paths and the bandstand and the project team would welcome your input and ideas about what you would like to see happening in the gardens
